I owned this hat for a while, and I came back to price it. I got offered 3 buds pure for it, but the offer got retracted as fast as it came.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18720790#my (Bought mine from here for a strange gunslinger and a strange pan back when gunslingers where 30-31 keys, so 41 keys, but had a B/O of 2 buds so this is the low end)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19266155#latest (Sold mine for a terror-watt private eye, valued at 2,4 buds, high end)
Current trades on OP:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18833386 (got no offers)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19627922 (no offers)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19197050 (No offers)
Conclusion: Many people have high B/O's, but sales happen in the price range I listed.
Note: This is my first unusual suggestion. I provided 2 sales, but there is a possibilty I did something wrong. If so, feel free to help me out :)
A little more proof would be helpful, but It's not completely necessary. However, there are a few more on the market, as you gave the links to other trades on outpost. It would be nice if you could track down the history of those.
Also, people usually prefer screenshots of trade histories. If you could do that, that would be awesome, just remember not to include your steam login.
I checked their histories but most other sales seemed to have happened a couple of months ago, so they might be outdated.
Nevertheless, it might be useful.
You have to take actual values of the strange weapons because currencies are fluctuating too...
So your first sale is worth 2.2 buds.
Then you forgot overpay on the second, 2.4*0.9 = 2.2 buds too
You're right.

"All OFFERED hats and items should be taken at 90% of their original average price."
Probably close enough anyway
