If you cannot find any posts or recent trades of this hat with this effect, then it's not time to price it; under the sites rules, and since this hat has a recent effect, you require a minimum of 2 completed sales in order for your suggestion to be considered. Regardless of how you feel about this hat being unpriced, we would rather have a hat remained unpriced then priced inaccurately based on nothing.
