This is a average starting range plus, i cant find any proof that was sold single hand others were sold with bundles So please tell me whats wrong and right!!

Summer AND robo effects, I'm afraid. This is also a 'new' hat, so it falls under this category. If it were 1 of 1, maybe it would be a different story, but there are 4 of these floating around, so that's how it is.
