I don't think you understand, it is right now impossible to price the killa-watt safeguard the reason being there hasn't been a valid sale in a 2 month price range. And polar bear only said if its a 2013 SUMMER EFFECT and the guy who sold it for all the 3rd gen summer effects had it for 3 months and then sold it later. + I didn't downvote you.
Funny thing is - u are the same guy, who said it's not necessary - but since polor made it clear - u should have known better !

since this hat is up for trade at the moment and not in a backpack of an collector - this hat should be priced after another recent sale or by updating some unusuals first from the shown sale.

You are correct. All 3 criteria need to be met. Even if it didn't sell again, we ask people to wait 1 month following the sale to see if it sells again.
