Overpay does need to applied. Cone would end up at ~1.1 (making the Berliner's ~1.9 in that trade?), Hottie's at around ~1.2 (we have no idea what these sweets are it seems, it could be anything so that doesn't seem like a good sale to establish a range on) and there's no hard evidence that 1.5 went into the person's backpack... I checked history, 17 keys and some sweets went through, but that definitely wasn't 1.5. Unsure.
