Hello this is my 4th and probaly final sugestion so bare with me.

This part has been to go up on outpost alot latly since when I was looking fo one I found alot of ones worth 1 key 1 ref.

1.1 keys =/= 1 key and 1 ref.

It actually is, I had suggestion up for this and passed. Its roughly about 0.66 - 1.00 ref you don't have to be spot on ya know.

Not backing ya up, just stating the facts. :P

You do need solds as others have mentioned. Also, tons of 1 key sellers, this does not need a bump up at all. I would suggest you to close this one up, you clearly know that 1.1 key does not sell, and you can't find any solds for it. Good luck on future suggestions though! ^_^

Yes I did lern but I probaly hust suck at making sugestion or I cant lern and yes I know I have to len but I jsut wanted to try to make one a aigan

To include 1.1 keys in the range you have to show either 1) 1 key is a quicksell, 2) there are willing buyers above 1 key price (ie 1.1 keys), or 3) solds frequently occur for sellers at 1.1 keys. Sellers at a higher price range will not count as evidence for a price increment, just as how unsolds at the suggested price range will not count as evidence for a price drop.
