for new effects, you need 2 sales, not just offers

The party phantom is outdated but it's 2.3

Carribean is around 3.5, maybe less, if overpay is calculated.

Total the offer is around 5.3 as PrettyPrincessKitty said, because you need to include overpay.

If you want this to pass, first off, you need to accept the offer. Second you need to fix your range to about 5-5.5. Lastly, you need to make a mini suggestion or resuggest the price for the logo phantom. However, the phantom looks like it needs a bump, so that might work in your favor.

But if you don't, this just looks like an attempt to raise the price of your own unusual.
