You have to account for overpay. So do: 3 x 0.9 = 2.7

And there are a lot of these on the market, so you should probably try to find more sales to confirm this really wide range.

Edit: The 33 key sale one happened 2 months ago and isn't really valid. Plus it seemed to have sold in a day so it's a quick sell. You're definitely going to have to find other sales.
