Hmm. Low end might be low. There's an offer of a hearts tower on one trade. I'm curious to see what becomes of that.

hearts tower has a super outdated price tho, I figured 5.3 might be an outlier since the guy who sold the little buddy asked for a trade back. Should I resuggest at 6.9 flat?

Honestly, i price this at a minimum of 7

There's a guy that offered me a searing modest (+ Key's), i can't consider it an offer cause he doesn't have the modest (yet) = 7~ (if we take the modest at its current lower end)

also, the bombing run offer should be 7.1 ~ (Bombing run = 3.1, had a very recent update. Max is 3 and buds is 1 (pure doesn't need overpay, right?)

Also, about the Tower, i wil most likely not take (/ Consider) that offer until the clean one for 6 dissapears from the market (i also don't have any interest in the offers that the towers are getting :L)

Given the strong offers and that the other sales at at ~6-7, I think a range of 6-7 is better here. And please don't give more precision than this has (round off). Particularly with that sale at 6 - it's a pretty rough estimate.
