                You're past the modification deadline so you can't add it to the main notes. I wouldn't worry about whether or not this will pass though since you have multiple sales and a valid range to match the sales so unless some other sales come to light this is pretty much a sure thing especially since the lowest B/O on outpost right now is 2.5.
