Has trying to sell it for 15 Keys for 1 month

So the 2 solds are for 16 keys and ~17 Keys and the 2 Outpost trades are trying to sell for 15 and 17. The solds have proven that 16 - 17 works and someones selling for 15 so the range 15-17 seems respectable.
