Please remember than all prices on this site are the prices of unusuals in pure. This means that if a seller is willing to sell for 19 keys, if he ends up selling for more than that in unusuals, it is overpay by definition. We have used 10% overpay in the past. But that is really a contrived calculation. Paying more than the b/o is overpay in its purest sense.
