http://backpack.tf/vote/id/5368212b4cd7b80d158b4b21 - Previous suggestion.
Majority of proof copy/pasted from it.
"This suggestion was marked as bad evidence and closed about 9 hours ago.
Evidence should always back up the chosen price range. If an abundance of counter-evidence has been found, it may imply that the submitter was cherry-picking proof. Therefore, this suggestion has been closed."
The G-What's proof:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19600971 9.7 keys, instantly got an add and sold <1 day.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19196003 10 keys sold a while ago.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19473275 10 keys sold, not sure when, <1 week.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18558690 Absurd highball, but got an offer for 10 keys.
I merely added some notes to this proof. It was all found by The G-What and I claim none of it.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19625947#latest - Sold for 12 keys in 1 day. - http://i.imgur.com/TZmWKRJ.png
Now this is to show that even 12 is an easy sale. Since this is my only proof for 12 I'm not including this in the range as it's my own proof and "one seller doesn't represent the market". I'm merely showing that even 10 is low.
Now since some people didn't seem to understand, SCM was supporting proof so this time I won't bother to include it.
No new links have arisen since G's suggestion. G's suggestion, although on the right track was too conservative. Think of this as a counter suggestion.
I have more links here at 10 keys than I have at 9. Since there's NONE at 9. 9 doesn't fucking exist anymore!
EDIT: Fixed a few spelling errors and random stuff.
question-does a strange genuine archimedes increase price even more?
Good question. I don't know to be quite honest and there isn't a seperate price for it. The Unique Archimedes is worth 4 ref and the Genuine is ~3.5 keys so one could assume that the Genuine Strange would be worth ~3 keys more than the Strange. This may not be the case though, merely my opinion. The Genuine Strange may again be worth a lot more than the Strange because at the moment the strange is worth >12 keys seeing as I sold it for that in a day due to it's scarcity on the market whereas the Genuine Strange is even rarer. If you're asking this for selling purposes I would attempt 16 keys for a week and then drop it down to 15. If you're looking to buy however I'm really not too sure as there's none on the market and it all depends on what you would be willing to pay. Good luck, let me know if you buy or sell and for how much : )
The problem with these double qualities is that you can't search for them on Outpost. You will only find them under the G.Arch instead of the S.Arch, so it would be a little bit harder to sell it since people might not be interested in buying a Strange one when they're just looking for a Genuine one
I would suggest holding on to the bird for a while. Demand is increasing; slowly, but gradually. Why sell at 15/16 now when it could be worth a bud in a couple of months time?
Buy for 10, sell for 15. Wash, rinse, repeat. It's just hard because none have come on the market in a week.
The reason why the original suggestion was suggested at 9-10 was because of the first link, which was originally presented as:
" http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19600971 9 keys, instantly got an add. "
You've altered it here and in your last suggestion to:
" http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19600971 9.7 keys, instantly got an add and sold <1 day. "
Why?
Because it wasn't selling for 9 keys. It was selling for 9 keys and 5 ref. I myself bought this one and sold it for 12 as shown in the trade I listed for 12. G-What made a mistake as it was selling for 9 keys and 5 ref, not 9. http://backpack.tf/vote/id/5366dc424cd7b830188b47a2 - 3rd last comment, says that he has an add for 9.7 keys.
Proof that I bought for 9.7 - http://i.imgur.com/qSVrVEg.png - Shows that sellers name is the same as Outpost seller thus proving that he was selling for 9.7 and not 9 keys.
I'd have preferred if you'd addressed this in the previous suggestion rather than just closing it.
Apologies. The last suggestion's focus on SCM led me to believe that it was suggesting the removal of 9 keys based on the SCM activity alone, and I approached it as such. No direct mention had been made of G-What's presented 9 key sale not having happened in either the accepted suggestion or the closed suggestion, I took the sale at face value under the assumption that the relevant notes had been editted out of the trade notes over the course of the week. I had failed to notice that the supposed 9 key sale and the updated 'how did I miss it' 9.7 key sale were the same trade until you suggested this one as a counter suggestion.
Given that a 9 key sale did not actually happen as presented in G-What's suggestion, it seems to me there is no reason why the price shouldn't be 10 keys flat.
No worries, we all make mistakes from time to time. I was just trying to provide support with my SCM links even if it didn't come out that way. I probably should have clarified the 9.7 sale a little better in my previous suggestion.
Thanks for your support.
The bp of the seller also only showed 9 keys. He must have quickly traded the ref you gave for keys since they were not there at the time stamp that this website showed.
Oh? Odd. Well, lucky I provided the screenshot of myself buying it. And his trade shows me in it's history.
