I slightly overpaid when I bought this item, about 1 ref over, so I was thinking we can put the price at 1.6 keys?

Ironically you can do that with some of the rarer unusuals

Eyup. Sometimes it works that way, if the market also does the same. Other times, you'll overpay on an Unusual, then go to the market to find out everyone else is selling for way lower.
