Are you allowed to use the hazmat to price this while using the lucky to price the hazmat?

For the hazmat im using the KE trade, which has nothing to do with the lucky.

For the lucky im using the Drills hat trade, which has nothing to do with the hazmat.

That sold during the hype. When I was using this hat for another suggestion Woifi specifically told me to resuggest a price for this because the price was innacurate.
