By the way, it's duped and usually duped sales are not taken into consideration, but almost all the V. Parasites are duped so I'm not sure how this will be handled.

Applying untradeable items to the killstreak kit (Most likely a specialized killstreak fabricator) will make the kit untradeable. It is then applied to the weapon giving it the untradeable quality, much like when you craft untradeable metal with tradeable metal which creates an untradeable hat.
If you click the first link or this one, http://goo.gl/Kg6ESQ, it shows you a forum post made by a user. It specifically mentions PEASANT receiving 8+ offers because people think it's rare when in actuality, just a scam.
As discussed in the outpost forum discussion, anyone can perform this "reverse sharking", this just makes the thing even less valuable.

Lying about the price, rarity and origin to make a quick profit. Seems about right, might also be sharking but I consider this to be a scam.
I also must ask why you give importance to the whole scam/shark term, the second sold should never have happened if the trader was mentally aware, whole point

I'm not taking it into account because the Untradeable V Luger is a scam that is preformed using an untradeable killstreak kit.
