Need proof.
You're going to need actual proof that this item is selling for more than it's worth right now to make the value go up. Having no proof and just saying that an item is really good, therefore it needs to go up in value isn't going to be anywhere close to enough to having enough backing to show that the item does in-fact need to go up in value
Just because you think it's good doesn't mean it needs to go up in price. You also need prove of it selling at .88-1 ref. Witch you're not gonna get cuz no one's selling at that price.
I have sold for .66-1 refined before. But you don't have any proof of your range....
This suggestion really needs more proof because suggestions doesn't get accepted with opinions and market manipulation.

If weapons' prices were based on how good they are, I'm pretty sure the Strange Degreaser would be like... a bud. Same with Scattergun. And Shotgun. And basically every often used strange.
