The price on the duped beak just is way too vague, please try to price it first (polars duped/gifted price thread in the forums would be a good place)

My life goal is to own one of these eventually, so I may have the honor of bragging about buying an unusual for 1 scrap.

WTF is this thing? It's rare, I get it, but still who would pay 18+ buds to have something you can't even wear or show-off in the game? And how it came to be in the first place? Is it a glitched item or something else?
