Leave what? Duped sales are not allowed to be used in pricing suggestions.
as i remember, you can refresh a price of unusuals only if it's 3 or more months old. Probably this guy talks about it.
I see now but that is not the case. Unusual prices can be refreshed a few days after one is accepted. Even if the price remains the same, I am allowed and able to update it.

My mistake, you can change the unusual price if the change is bigger than 5%. This one isn't but since the old pricing suggestion is 2 months old, it's allowed. Refer to post below.

Price refreshers
Price refreshers are suggestions changing the value of a hat by <5%; changes in values of unusuals by <5% require at least 2 months between suggestions.
It will have been 2 months tomorrow. Though this change isn't really needed regardless.
Yes but it's always better to have an updated price even if there has been no change.
