Your 7 key sold has a rather strange item history, making someone to think that the seller actually just passed it on his alt or to a friend.

That may be true that the one you just posted sold it for 7 keys but I don't see the link between this guy's sale and the one you put as a proof.

Well, your suggestion was posted 4days ago, so still think it's reasonable to reduce the price since 9 isn't selling and there's 2 available for less + one sold.
