From the sale, the fact that the owner was willing to take a DP beak, and buyouts from current trades, I'm making a conservative drop/price update mix to 5-5.3 buds.

Only notable offer on any of the current trades is an 85 key offer from 2 weeks ago, presumably no longer valid and also lower than the current range.
