The ones selling for 3 keys are BARELY bumped and are viewed less.

i had sold around 6-7 wrapped bounty hats for 4 keys . :)

Shops (trades that have been up for months) are not good proof, as they are sellers who are constantly changing their prices. You have no idea about how often they are actually selling and at what price they actually sold. Your only other trade sold a month ago. With so many sellers at 3, I'm not convinced about the range.

Your buyers for 3 keys are actually buyers for 2 keys. Prices listed on this site are for the unwrapped item. They are paying 3 keys only if it is pre-wrapped. 2 keys if it is unwrapped.

And the other proof you added is more shop sellers.

I didn't add any more proof as I went through all trades on Outpost the first time. All I did was '(Can see from 1 month ago person mentions 4 keys for Bounty)'

There is lots of 3 keys sellers and solds, also this link: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17426683 is 3 keys and 7 ref, and nobody says it sold.

this link: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14859813 7 MONTHS OLD, and NOT SOLD, there is no proof for it sold. and same thing happen here: no proof for sold, also 10 months old price.

links older then 3 months are invaild. please make new research and better proof.

Uhhh.... Look at their histories mate, also scroll down, just because the trades 10 month old does not mean it has/hasn't sold, they probably have multiple laying around their inventories...

3 is the most common trade point. There are a few in classies and 1 in outpost under 3 and a few recent sales under 3 to balance out any sales at 4. I want to once again emphasize that prices are for the unwrapped item. So 3 keys for the unwrapped bounty hat is the equivalent of 4 keys for the wrapped bounty hat.
