There should always be enough evidence to back up the new proposed value. However, it appears that the evidence is not strong enough, or cherry-picked in a way that does not represent the actual market value of the item. Therefore, this suggestion has been closed.

All your sellers at 3 keys sold very quickly, and most of your proof is painted. Not enough to show that 3 isn't a quicksell or that higher is impossible.

They do count if they're selling for below the current price despite the paint. You can't just "remove half price of the paint" though.
