Making a new price suggestion because the previous price suggestion is making it look like the recipient of this hat was purchasing. It was an overpay in an unusual trade for his Ushanka (medic unusual) with stormy storms effect.
See my backpack for proof.
Even if the overpay wasn't meant to be applied( It was applied because of the uncertainty in who offered first), where did 1.9 buds come from?

Previous price suggestion was indeed based on faulty evidence, I took this Smoking Valley as unusual OVERPAY for my Stormy Storm Gentleman's Ushanka.
Yes it was MY trade that was incorrectly used for last price suggestion. I was SELLER not BUYER.

My pure b/o was 1.5 and my item b/o was 2 bud, so IF people insist on using my trade for a new price suggestion it only shows I valued the Valley as a 2 bud item offer.
However its best we don't use my trade cause basing rare hat prices on reverse overpay is broken.
Now for people actually selling this hat on trading sites we only have this invalid sale:

TL;DR: The Evidence for the the last suggestion was faulty and there is NO other evidence for a price change.

Right so you are trying to say that he offered on your ushanka so no overpay should be applied. Ushanka is 1.55 buds. So about 1.6 buds without overpay. Still no proof that it is 1.9 buds.
We base prices off sales, not offers--if you decide to take the DBD sultan, you are welcome to make a new suggestion using that as evidence.

Even if the previous suggestion misapplied overpay, the stormy ushanka is still a 1.5 bud hat (if that; http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19706464 ). Current price is much more accurate than the 5 month old price it replaced, and there is not any evidence here to show otherwise.
I'm going to uphold Polar's decision.
