It is until someone will suggest a new price. for now its 18 keys.
18 keys = 1 bud. You don't have to wait until the hat becomes outdated to re-suggest, you can change it as soon as there is a change > 5%
Yepp 6months is way to old, same with the other sales over 2months.
Thats why I said I dont count it ! ;D
