This is why we use to old bud price instead of the new
You'd still have to value what buds are now if the trade was in keys. If they were in buds, it would be a different story
But since buds are 17 keys now, then the full trade would be ~2. Since there is a Buyout for 2 and has been unsold since January, I don't think it'd be accurate. Best to leave it alone for now.
Please tell that to the moderator. I already had a range of 2 flat, he told me to change it to 1.8.

No, actually you are correct on what you said earlier. I don't know why Kaushu said that. I used current bud price on a month old trade and he accepted mine, not sure why he told that to Lavender.
Python is correct, not sure why Kaushu said that to you...I have been using current bud price whenever I do unusual/item that revolves around bud. Its not only me, NecroTed and aaroncsn also use current bud price as far as I know. As far as I can tell, you are suppose to use current bud price. Now I am a tiny bit confused as well. x_x
I always use the current bud price as well and Kaushu just accepted like 5 of my suggestions a few hours ago. He only mentioned the bud thing on this one for some reason.
Kaushu make up your mind.
Polar told me the same thing a few weeks ago too... but he accepted some of my pricing suggestions that used the current bud price.

I always thought we used what buds were at that time. Thats what I did iirc when I used to suggest, and then buds became stable for 4 months, so there was no need to worry about this. The reason I commented on this one was that the only sale provided was a pure sale. I don't really enforce it too much otherwise, as its within a margin of error. Then again this could have been considered in that margin of error I guess it would have made more sense for this to be 35 keys. I'll check with the other mods and see what they think though.

What? The first post states that it should be priced in buds using the value of buds at the time. Not sure how that is inconsistent with the cheatsheet in which we emphasize that we want to keep value of items as they were at the time of the trade.
Yeah. Buds price at the time of the trade. There is a reason why we switched to pricing all unusuals in buds instead of USD and keys. We felt that values tracked best in buds. Not sure what the confusion is. Maybe I wasn't clear in that post that Kaushu linked below?
