Second unusual suggestion. Well, I didn't think I was going to maintain <50 rep anyways.

Anyways, only 2 on the market at the time of suggesting, and all other ACCEPTED suggestions are 10 months old.

Hey, would you mind if I used this tip to help unusual suggestions without solds as long as I quote you?

the problem is that you actually need atleast one sale to prove either lorange or highrange

personally, when lowwering a unu, i take the cheapest market seller as lowrange and a sale thats no outlie as highrange

Appears to have 1:1ed for a Smoking Shooter's Sola Topi, if you check both histories , the topi came from Pat Mix/Merc and the gym rat went to him. TOPI PRICE IS OUTDATED, but was last valued at 15 keys, although he is asking 14.
