4.5 sells just fine

People are interested in 5 keys (3 of your links had adds for people who were interested in buying for 5 keys)

And your new 4 key seller is extremely young

Just because people want to sell this really fast doesn't mean a price should be set based on that. If anything, it should be 4.5 flat. But 4 keys is a quicksell.

4. Keys. Is. Quicksell. There is no way around it. Sellers generally look for 4.5-5 keys, that's why you have so many links for them. My downvote remains until you get more proof that isn't quickselling for your low end.

5 keys isnt selling and people can be interested all they want doesnt mean theyre SOLD and it hasnt been selling at 5 i was able to prove that even 4.5 keys is having a hard time. also it shouldnt be raised to 4.5 keys flat as 4.4 and 4 key 1 rec still havent sold and in the classfieds you provided

while 4 keys may be selling quick it shouldnt be rose to 4.5 flat as there are still those in between that arent sold hence the range

there are much more better things to get angry at than a bp.tf price suggestion
