The guy offered on veil making overpay apply
Ghost beak 8 x .9 = 7.2 +Hearts Tyrranus 5 x .9 = 4.5 for the veil + Peace Tossle 2.3 x .9 = 2.
The veil is priced at 7.2+4.5-2=9.7.

Hmm. The previous sale wasn't really so long ago. I think a range of ~7.8-9.5 would be better? Unless there are multiple offers >8. But I don't see any other offers suggesting 7.8 is an outlier.
Also, just want to point out two small things. The hearts slug was duped. And the person offering has to overpay. So the peace tossle, which was not offered, should be taken without overpay. Still that sale is ~9.5. And 9.7 is close enough if the sale at 7.8 is an outlier.
