Anyways I think you forgot to apply overpay on both unusuals. The price that you're using is just the low range. If I remember right you have to take the mid range and multiply it by 0.9, or was it the low end?

You have to take the mid and multiply by 0.9. Which I did, it just coincides with the low range of the hat. Some of them I rounded up on. (1.19 to 1.2)

Though I get 1.125 as a result of applying overpay to the attendant(1.25). A decimal doesn't matter too much I guess, but this would've been better in keys. Staying neutral in case some counter-proof shows up.

High tier? I think you mean God tier hat AND effect! Anyway, proof looks alright, though keys might have been better for the price you are suggesting. I will upvote, unless proof comes around to disprove.
