**** - http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/206899590 B/O's of 1-1.5 buds
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19451257 - the b/o here was 5. cannot be valued more than that
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19702765 - i don't understand this link, but he bought his here - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19555155 - and the b/o was under 6. that can't be valued more than the b/o either
So sales at 5 and 5.5? There is that offer of the v alien swarm which looks like an outlier given the b/o of 6.8 and several b/os under that
1st link is Quickselling
2nd link I would call a possible outlier given that there are 2 solids higher than 5.6.
Those are your links, you know?
Ye, I know those are my links. I didn't include those B/O's because they sold for higher than their original B/O's.
All prices on this website are the prices of hats in pure. This means that when someone has a pure b/o, the hat cannot be valued more than that. Paying more than someone's b/o using unusuals is THE definition of overpay. We have this contrived method of overpay using 10% off mid-prices, but those are, at best, a crude method. Realistically, overpay in unusuals is more than 10%. On some hats it is closer to 30-40%. All of that is contrived and our rough estimate. But paying more than someone's b/o is overpay in its purest / truest form. It is the easiest way to calculate overpay. If we knew what every seller would take in pure, it would be much easier to calculate overpay. Sadly, we don't, so we can only use this method on the trades where people reveal their pure price.
Sales here range from 5-7. Not enough for the suggested range
