Well, I'm not sure about using the dp tyro for the high end. There are currently b/os for that at 2-2.5. Valuing that at 2.5 is probably high

I'm valuing it at 2.3 based on the 24 day old price suggest

1 month old is frequently too old on new effects. That suggestion had a few sales at 3, giving it a range of 2-3. 3 clearly isn't going to happen any more given that everyone is selling for 2-2.5. I think valuing it conservatively at 2-2.5 would be fine here.
