The Bill's hat was painted An Extraordinary Abundance of Tinge making it worth 7 keys instead of 6.
This is how I got the price of what i paid:
(7keys) / (18keys) = .388buds ~.4buds
(bills hat) / (1 bud)
.4buds + 2buds = 2.4
