Your 12 keys seller appears to be looking for CS:GO keys, which are worth a bit more than TF2 keys. His trade is also very poorly bumped.

Seems so, I didn't notice that at the start. I assume 12 csgo keys translate into 13ish tf2 keys? I've seen some people on op do csgo key for 1 tf2 key + 1 ref.

You should have specified the type of keys in your notes.
