Why do people think this hat will be a misc? In loadout.tf it looks stupid :p Unless Valve made it wrap around the hat ( Like valve would put any work in ) I don't see why it would be a misc.

Yes. I want to wear my Sub-Zero suit on my face. New hat. And I'd like to use the Coupe as some comfy socks.

There are already a lot of hats that it could wrap around with that use the default Engie hardhat, like the Big Country, and the Professor's Peculiarity. If anything, they could give it a Lucky Shot clause and only give it misc compatibility with certain hats.

The thing about cleverpun was a joke. I said it was price manipulation, because you basically bought it then said "Its worth this much because I bought it for this much!" Not only are you the person who owns the hat making the suggestion, but if I bought a flaming TC for 450 buds, does that make it worth 450?

Burning KE is special though. You're basing this suggestion off the fact that this MAY or may not become a misc. For all we know, your sale is an extreme outlier because it will never become a misc and this hat will never sell for anywhere near this much again.

Oh. The KE is special because of its extreme value. I honestly don't believe that sale on the KE represented the market, and it was accepted simply as a formality, because it was such a huge sale, to do something new. This suggestion is just a guy trying to raise his hat. Yes, he paid what he wants it to be worth, but one sale doesn't represent a market, especially on a hat like this, where its right back up for sale. The probability of it selling again in this range is low.

and frankly I agree with puddington. we're not going to see a burning KE unbox again in a long time, and I doubt the chances that any of the 3 owners are going to sell theirs. for this hat anyways, there aren't any on the market so eh?
