I sold 4 of these in less than 3 days at 3,33 ref. Quicksells, so yea ..

no disprove for 1.66? use trade.tf, also, if there's a 5 ref sold, why isn't that included in range?

the suggester probably believes that 5ref is an outlier since he has provided 3 sales at and nearer to 4ref. also as to the "disproving 1.66" see friendlypyro's comment, it's accurate

Sales here are all over the place from 2-5 ref. My first tiebreak would be votes, but the votes are almost identical. The second tiebreak I'll use is market where most are selling at ~4-4.33 ref. Going with the more conservative suggestion for now. People will always sell for above and below bp.tf. Yes, there is 1 sale at 5 ref here, but not enough to me to counter all the sales happening at 4-4.33.
