http://backpack.tf/item/1197991369. The sale occured 2 days ago and it was sold for 6 buds + 11 keys pure which is 6 + 11/17.5 = ~6.6 buds

But at the time of the sale, buds weren't 17.5 keys.

Buds were 18keys 2days ago =P

Sale occured 18th, 20th was the bud change.

But we have to take the value of the buds nearest to the time of the sale. ~~20th~~ 19th is nearer than 11th of may. So 17.5 keys should be used.

"If the sale happened on April 1 and there are two suggestions at March 1 and April 2, the April 2 suggestion value should be used."

Edit: Even if its 18 keys, the sale will come out to be still ~6.6 buds.

I literally was just going to do this suggestion...

In the trade itself: "Pencil for 6 Buds 11 Keys Pure." How are you getting 7 buds out of that? We don't convert buds to keys and then reconvert back to buds. We switched all our unusual pricing to buds for a reason. 6 buds should be taken as 6 buds regardless of when it happened.

Also, as you know, changes <5% require 2 months between suggestions.
