Current seller has had his trade open for 1 week, hasn't bumped in a day and rejected 18 pure. I don't see how it qualifies a high end of 18.

So should I ignore the 18 pure offer? =P

I think we should wait for it to sell to be honest, what if he can sell it for 21 keys? Also down voting my comment for double checking someones proof is a bit of a cheap move, as I am simply trying to maintain accuracy. Also I never said I was downvoting.

Edit: It's not like the seller has had the trades up for weeks and the best offer he has had is 18 pure.

Well I agree it needs a refresher in price, i just don't know if 18 keys is the right high end. I kind of want more proof but I know this is a rare hat :/ If this suggestion actually stays open a few days (unlike all these new unusual suggestions being passed in less than 48 hours) we will be able to see if he gets more offers/sells. Still neutral for a bit :P

Edit: just saw your edit, I see he has multiple offers of 1+ bud in the comments a few months back, so I think it's safe to assume he changed the notes and price a few times. Also by the inactivity close I think it's safe to assume he was a bad bumper xD

Edit 2: Last offer was 2 weeks ago with an unusual worth 17-19 keys (painted black too) + 2 key festive + possible sweets.
