You will need two sales to set a new range for this hat. It has been traded about 6 times since that sale

Quickly looked up one of those sales and it was offered on a Power Surge Samur-Eye (~4.9) so 5 flat seems fine but Joe, in the future if something has been traded this many times try and find more than one sale for it even if it is 1 of 1.
