He changed the notes to a quicksell between me making the first suggestion yesterday and now. He WAS asking for 6.
I don't think it even matters that he changed it. 4 weeks and 1 offer?
It matters what he bought it for.
And besides, this is more accurate than the previous suggestion (I would know, I made it) and THAT passed, I don't see what's debatable here.

Honestly, even the range of 5-6.3 may be high, especially considering the b/o was 6, so the high end shouldn't be more than 6.
Alright, I'll leave it priced with these two same sales, just with one of them being wrong.
