I was so certain there should be more than one sale

I mean, as in there had to be one more recent sale on this specific one, this hat isn't so rare, yet it seems to rarely sell

there was another recent sale...it sold for a flies batter helm

the batters's price is outdated..

using the batter's outdated price for this suggestion would just lower the logo's scotsman even more

so yeah if that answers your concerns

just noting that this sale is potentially an outlier based on the fact that this and higher has been rejected by other owners. doesn't mean it necessarily is an outlier, but it suggests it might be. i certainly can't base a suggestion on 2 offers which are the low end of the current range and below it.
