2.3 is quite close to 2.5... there is no point in this suggestion. The value is +- 2.5. Values are meant to be estimates. We also do not lower entirely off b/o's or allow changes less than 5% within 2 months. a sale .2 away from another on a 2.5 bud hat is nothing. An outlier for this would be a sale at 1 or a sale at 4.
