As for your dead prez tc sale. You can't really use the trades you have provided to show the tc was worth ~7. The sale happened April 23. A suggestion for the tc passed at 12-15 on April 18. In that suggestion, I noted it was probably high. So it was probably somewhere between 8 and 12 at the time of the sale. Just too much uncertainty. I would price this based on the other two sales we have here.
