first a load of guys are QS this hat begouse its hard to sell.

at bp.tf you see 2 guys selling it for 23 keys:

2 thing its an robo hat so a downgrade of the normal one.

now the prices on tf2outpost.com

Already 2 weeks on here and its not selling for 22 keys

This one is pretty like 1 week here and it says 2 buds, its not gonna sell so.... thats pretty bad ass the C/O for them 2 is a max...

We can't see any proof in this trade, the owner had a b/o a max. You need to check what it sold for.
