I tried that with my previous suggestion (http://backpack.tf/vote/id/537feb3a4dd7b88e708b488a) but people were saying that that sale was too low and considered an outlier. Best option for me was to resuggest at 10.5 flat.

I think you had good proof to have 10 as low-end as you have rejected 10 and 10.5.

You can't base low ends on offers.

Um... i wonder why the sensei is in unusual quality, and the byte'd beak isn't.

Difference is that you can hide the sensei under hats, can't really do that with the rack.

Even if it was duped, it wouldn't matter if it sold above the current price. This shows that for some people it doesn't matter when buying hats they want. On the other hand however, if the rack was to be lowered in value, duped sales wouldn't be valid. Raising it is an exception I believe.
