          Only one sale is required unless it looks shonky. A second sale is then needed to see if it's an outlier.

            in this case a second one is needed as there are more sales in the past 2 months i guess, and i doubt this hat traded only for 3.6

              He was QUICKSELLING, Maple. There was a QS in that trade. You cannot base items based on a quicksale price if the hat went for substantially more than the quicksale price. Another flaw is that you cannot assume that an item with overpay sale is worth X if the reality is that the item was sold for Y.

              This suggestion is an inherent contradiction, trying to base the sale of an item for a quicksale price when the reality is that the Searing Plasma Trilby and Clean Summer Hat together are worth more than 5 buds

              When you quicksell an item, you are preferably looking for a pure amount, like keys or buds. Therefore, if the sale was worth more than 5, as is the case here, that posted buyout in the second link MUST be disregarded.

                You don't apply overpay on the B/O. The B/O is the overpay.
