It might not be worth quite what it is but that range and the evidence composed with a large proportion of QS. I think i needs to be re-thought

Ive seen plenty of recent offers at about 3 buds + rejected, for example http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20056133 in this trade a Stormy storm Cold killer + 1 bud was offered about 3-3.5 possibly more that's with item overpay put in. I know it's not solid 'sold' evidence but its a start in not making the suggestion im just saying this hat might need a bit more love ^^
