Well it seems to me that the 9.5 is the outlier with 2 b/o less than that.

I can find any other sales really at the low end except a duped cloud 9 antlers which only has 1 traceable sale at 5.4, so should I make it 5.4-6?

5.4-6 is honestly unrealistic, as this owner - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19154764 was offered a KaW Gibus (10.1), and every owner on outpost is looking for at least 8 pure
