Let's try this again, with more evidence.
Not many on the Outpost, only 1 of 3 in the world. This is due for an update. Had to follow the history of that one, here's what I found:

Sold for 3.5/ 4 in Unusuals. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14769437
Not going to be doing anymore digging through sales, but if you want further evidence, check the previous sellers of the hat.
state what they sold for, not just "a 4 bud unusual" tell us what that is so we will know if you messed up on the range, or if it needs overpay, or if the hat is dated
Most sold for pure. Only included the 4 in Unusuals was to give a better idea of what they were selling for. Looking back on it, adding it wasn't necessary.
Last link is far to old, second link you need to specify what it sold for and apply overpay. First link...that sale isnt even in your range.
2nd sold for pure. First link was overpay, seller was stubborn and insisted TC was 3.5.
If it sold for pure you need to find out how much. 3.5-4 is a fair sized gap and vague.
Talked with Marc, one of the previous owners. He got it for a Croc Slouch Anti Freeze, and sold it for 90 euros.

Overclocked YWN was massive overpay on his part.
Maybe be a mini-suggestion for the YWN to see it's full value :D

The tc sale is a solid 4 (that was the b/o) - really was 4.5 - could be an outlier

Seems like this is closer to 3-3.5. Perhaps the ywn can be priced after this.
