Tons of sales going on for 5 ref (including several on .tf) and quite honestly it's not worth 6 refined. Thief's out, and with it the price of these genuines retreats. And while such is unfortunate, it's correct and necessary. 5.33 for the benefit of the doubt, and even then it's not a bad hat.
